Skygazer Watercolors Abstract 2

This is another of the beers that I have been wanting to try for some time now. The Watercolor beers show up on Instagram all the time and just look sooo good. These gems are brewed by Twelve Percent Brewing, out of North Haven, CT, for Skygazer Brewing Company. The Abstract 2 is a Berliner Weisse with orange, passionfruit, marshmallow, vanilla and milk sugar. The beer pours a wonderful dense orange with a very nice thick head formation. The aromas are intense with the passionfruit, orange and vanilla all showing up. The mouthfeel is very thick and chewy. The brew is tart with the orange up front with the rest of the profiled ingredients making appearances. I can see what all the hype is about now. I thoroughly enjoyed this beer and can’t wait to try another.
