Spyglass Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles 2017
March 16, 2020
Dark garnet that lightens towards the edges of the glass. The nose is a bit soft for what I would want in a Cab. (never a good precursor). Aromas of black cherry and smoke. Flavors of bright cherry, vanilla and currant. For a cabernet from Paso Robles I was expecting a much richer wine. Surprising how little 18 bucks gets you now a days. Drinkable, not a bad wine, however still disappointing.
