B.R. Cohn Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

B.R. Cohn winery has been making quality wines in the Glenn Ellen region of California for nearly 40 years. The owner, Bruce Cohn, was once the manager of the rock group The Doobie Brothers. Now he manages to produce rock star wines like this one. Rich aromas of dark cherry and blackberry on the nose with a hint of mocha.  Yummy flavors of currant, vanilla and blackberry are full in the mouth.  Medium tannins help to balance the fruit flavors.  A very nice wine!  From first sniff to last sip this wine is a winner (and a steal at the price).
