Padding the Roof DDH Hazy IPA
This brew is from Nowhere in Particular. I mean it is from somewhere in particular and that IS Nowhere in Particular out of Kettering, Ohio. Got it? Okay, no that that’s clear we can talk about this double dry-hopped IPA. I have been a fan of this brewers product since before he actually settled down to brew his concoctions in one place. This “particular” beer is the same high quality that I have come to expect. The beer pours a mostly, clear, but dense orange with minimal head formation. The aromas are strongly tropical. Flavors of pineapple dominate but with a hint of pine. This beer is only 7.5% but comes across as higher in alcohol to me as it has a touch of that “burn” you feel with a higher ABV. I enjoyed this but would have rather not had that burn sensation along with the nice flavors.
