Oblique Strategies DDH DIPA

This was the first beer I have had from Mikerphone Brewing out of Elk Grove, Illinois, but it definitively will not be the last based on this first sampling. Just look at that gorgeous creamy golden color and that nice rich creamy head formation. So inviting! Has a nice soft tropical nose that is followed up with a rich and soft mouthfeel and flavors of tropical notes married with a hint of stone fruit. This beer is a delight to drink. The kind of beer that makes you want to keep drinking more DIPA’s. Excellent.
